Wrestling Sessions

Let our coaches motivate and train you

Our coaching team is led by Coach Josh Gannone.  His 38 years of wrestling experience combine with his 15 years in education to make for a great learning experience for every level of wrestler.

Josh began wrestling at the age of 4 and went on to wrestle at      famed Foxcatcher, Gene Mills Camps and all over the world.  He continued wrestling into college when he like many other wrestlers, suffered a career ending injury.  He now gets to continue what he loves to do by teaching our youth about the sport of wrestling.

We have two different groups of practices based on age, size and ability.  Each of our groups practice 2 times per week throughout the year.   Wrestling at Inspire never stops.  Whether you have a child not yet in high school and would like to join our season team, or a child of any age that you’d like to see improve year round, Josh and Inspire, is where you’ll want to send them.

Josh’s connection with his wrestlers is comparable to none.  Ask any one of our kids.  We are proud of who we are and the wrestlers our kids become.
